Dac-Hydro-Plus

TThis is a renewal coating for concrete or terracotta roof tiles. Quite simply Dac-Hydro-Plus makes an old roof new again and is often a better solution than replacing the old roof tiles. Dac-Hydro-Plus now has a built in primer giving even greater adhesion to the roof tile and ensuring longer lasting protection. - Enhances and protects terracotta or concrete roof tiles.

Preparation - Clean weathered tiles with high
pressure wash to remove moss and dirt.
- Apply a coat of sterilisation wash (rustoleum AMW)
to kill off moss and to prevent re-growth.
- Apply one coat Rustoleum primer 44 HS this will ensure maximum adhesion to tiles.
- Apply 2 coats Dac-Hydro-D roof paint.
Spreading rate Dac-Hydro-D 6-8 sq.mtr per ltr (15 ltrs covers approx 100 sq.mtrs). The product is available in a range of attractive colours - tile red, brown, slate grey, green, rustic, red brown. Price per 15 ltr £79.00 plus vat. AMW wash per 5 ltr £14.99 [plus vat 5 ltr will cover approx 25 sq.mtrs]

Dacfill HZ
Ultimate waterproofing protection for flat or pitched roofs.
Also can be used on shaped roofs, balconies and walkways.
Gives the surface a rubber like coat without joints or seams.
This product is two pack for maximum protection, adhesion and durability.
Roofing or bituminous material over 1 year old can be coated directly with Dacfill HZ
Application is with brush, roller or airless spray.

To be used in conjunction with Dacfill HZ.- Woven polyester fleece to be sandwiched between
surface & paint system

Fillcoat
For instant waterproof protection Fillcoat offers 1300% elasticity.
For use on Roofs, non walk able terraces, gutters, ridge pieces, chimney stacks, pipes etc.
Maximum protection against standing or pooled water is achieved by using Fillcoat with the Dacfill Fleece.

Fillcoat with Fibres
The uses for this product are the same as Fillcoat, however the fibres in this product fill tears and cracks. The fibres and the great elasticity of the product allow tears to be covered effectively.

Roof coatings for flat roofs
As a very good roof coating for flat roofs, one can use Dacfill Hz. It is an ultimate waterproof protection for flat roofs and pitched roofs. This produkt gives the surface of the roofs a coat like a rubber without joints or seams. Dacfill Hz can be used on balconies, walkways and pitched roofs. The roof coat ist 200 % elastic and offers a long term protection against standing water. This property is very important for flat roofs. When dry, the coat has a smooth satin appearance. Roofing or bituminous material over one year old can be coated directliy with Dacfill Hz application. One can apply this application with a brush, a roller or an airless spray. After applying the application, the surface dries in thirty minutes and recoated overnight.
Now, the flat roofs have an excellent resistance against extreme variations in temperature, atmospheric pollution and UV-rays. With an application of Dacfill Hz, the flat roofs have got a coat which is hardly flammable and self-extinguishing.
It is an allround protection for flat roofs and pitched roofs, that will help to reduce the coasts of a roof renovation.
